We are delighted to bring you a very special, over 50 months aged Parmigiano Reggiano wheel straight from Parma surroundings. Made from milk from “Bruna Alpina” cows, it is very creamy and consequently suitable for longer maturations. Join us for the opening and tasting of the wheel or come to try our special Parmigiano menu. Limited quantity of cheese will be also available for sale for special price (50€/kg) in La Bottega 13 and La Tartufata.
