For the beginning of the new season of Events @labottega13, we are happy to introduce MONTALBERA wine estate for the very first time in Finland! Montalbera is known for the local piedmontese red wine grape variety RUCHÉ accounting for 60 % of the entire production of this appellation in the world.
We start by tasting of some of their award -winning wines typical of the area of Monferrato, highlighted with RUCHÉ. Tasting will be followed by the dinner.

For the very first time – Terrabianca winery from Magno, Piedmont.
Terrabianca is situated in the Langhe area close Alba where the Alpiste family runs the vineyards since several generations. The farm follows the traditional way to cultivate and produces first of all sweet wines Moscato d’Asti and passito of Moscato, but also red wine Dolcetto d’Alba, white wines Langhe Sauvignon and Langhe Favorita and sparkling wine Le Jeune from the local varieties. During the winery visit in La Bottega 13 we meet the young generation – Andrea, who will guide us through the wines.
Tasting of Terrabianca wines (5x 8cl) paired with season’s artisan cheeses especially from the Piedmont area. Price 45€/person. You may also choose a single wine and enjoy it with our á la carte list dishes matched for Terrabianca wines during their visit.

The event is organized in co-operation with our partner Italian Trade Connections.
Come and taste our classics: Beppino Occelli’s mountain cheeses and the innovative, lactose free cheeses from Fattorie Fiandino made with vegetarian (thistle) rennet. We are also introducing brand new Veneto DOP cheeses Asiago, Montasio and Piave made from mountain cows’ milk.
